4. Digital Products & Courses

• Digital products (courses, PDFs, audio files) are delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your family.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with third parties.
• We reserve the right to update course content at any time to improve quality.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds.

• By purchasing, you give express consent for delivery to begin immediately and you acknowledge that the purchase is non-refundable.
• We do not refund for change of mind, buying the wrong product, not using the material, or the results you did or did not see.
• We will refund where we cannot deliver what you paid for, or where you were billed in error, twice, or without authorisation.
• This does not affect your right to dispute a billing error with your card issuer, or any right your state's consumer protection law gives you that cannot be waived by contract.
