All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

SharpSeed sells digital products that are delivered immediately. You confirm and accept this at checkout before any payment is taken. The limited exceptions below are the ones we are required to honor.

1. Why All Sales Are Final

Our products are digital: guided audio, response protocols, trackers, and parent scripts. They are delivered to your vault the moment your payment succeeds and cannot be returned, unsent, or un-read. Before you pay, you tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand the purchase is non-refundable.

2. What Is Not Refundable

To be explicit, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind, or deciding after purchase that you no longer want the material
  • Buying the wrong product, or buying a product you already owned
  • Not using, not downloading, or not finishing the material
  • The results you did or did not see with your child
  • Disagreeing with the parenting approach the material teaches
  • Finding the content elsewhere, cheaper, or later included in a bundle

3. Limited Exceptions

We will make it right, by restoring access, replacing the file, or refunding if we cannot, in these cases:

  • We cannot deliver. If you paid and we are unable to give you access to what you bought, you get your money back.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were billed twice for the same product, or billed an amount you did not authorize, we refund the difference.
  • Unauthorized transaction. If someone used your card without permission, contact us and your card issuer.
  • Materially not as described. If what you received is fundamentally different from what the product page promised, we will replace it or refund it.

A file that will not open, a download that fails, or a vault you cannot sign in to is a support problem, not a refund case, tell us and we will fix it. We only refund if we genuinely cannot deliver what you paid for.

4. Billing Disputes

Nothing in this policy affects your right to dispute a billing error with your credit card issuer under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act, or the equivalent protections that apply to debit card transactions. Those rights exist by law and we do not ask you to waive them. If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first, we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can.

5. How to Contact Us

Email contact@getsharpseed.com from the address you used at checkout and describe the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Where a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method; card issuers typically post it within 5–10 business days.

6. Your State Law Rights

This policy is presented to you before purchase and you must affirmatively accept it to complete an order. Some states give consumers additional protections that a seller cannot remove by contract. Nothing here is intended to limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state, and where that law conflicts with this policy, that law wins.
